Q: if one day i go to my home town next month and bump in to him what should i do?
A: I've been through something similar. It's hard to know exactly what to do. You can rehearse a million things in your head but it will never play out quiet like you think. If you are bitter that he hasn't been in your life, try to forgive him, but don't let him forget what he did. If you guys just don't get along then there is no need to make small talk, but do acknowledge him. There isn't any need to be petty about it, just be civil. It will make you the better person! If you would like for him to be a part of your life then maybe you shouldn't wait to bump into him one day, but instead find him and confront him about how you feel. It just depends on what you want.
