Q: i'm 13 years old and i still sleep in my parents room i get really scared if i don't and i have panic attacks i sleep on a mattress on the floor so i don't bug my parents is there anything i can do to help me sleep in my own room
A: honey it can be normal for some kids to feel this way so turn on a light of a tv and sleep with them on that way if you wake up there is light in the room and you can see. And you might want to talk to you parents about some kids of counseling for you panic attacks. It doesn't mean their is something wrong with you it just might mean you need some one to talk to.
